What you get
Same reports as MarginGuard Pro
Amazon Settlement Flat File V2 (tab or CSV) and Amazon transaction (date range) reports from Amazon.com, .in, .com.mx, .com.br, .ca, .co.uk and .de (localized headers, decimal commas and local date formats), plus Walmart Marketplace reconciliation reports. Fee checks per SKU
Fulfillment fees above the SKU's usual fee or above similar-priced items, sudden fee step-ups, and referral rates that changed. Rates above the marketplace's standard rate (15% on most) are listed to check your category (many categories charge more), not counted as recovery. Amounts are in the report's currency.
Estimated recovery + severity
Each issue is sized from the units in your report (fee charged minus expected fee), rated high / medium / low, with a suggested next step.
Export for cases
Download the flagged issues as CSV with SKUs, order IDs, dates and details, ready to attach when you open a case.
Who it's for: Amazon FBA and Walmart Marketplace (WFS) sellers who want a quick check for fees worth disputing, without sending their data anywhere.
Notes & disclaimers
Important: These tools provide analysis and suggestions only. We do not guarantee recovery of fees, increased profits, or any specific business results. Always verify findings and follow the marketplace’s current reimbursement process. Not affiliated with Amazon or Walmart.
Estimates only. Amazon fees differ by marketplace, product category, price band, size, fulfilment channel and date, and change often. Every fee figure and result shown here is an estimate, not Amazon's invoice; always confirm in Seller Central. Not affiliated with Amazon.
Rule-based checks — estimates to verify, not confirmed overcharges.
Estimated impact = (fee charged − expected fee) × units in your report. Expected fee = the SKU's earlier or usual fee, or the median for similar-priced SKUs. Referral rates above 15% are shown as “review” and aren't added to the recovery total.
